1. Service Description
DocReclaimer is a document analysis and rename automation tool. It suggests standardized rename operations based on document content and user-configured templates.

Markdown A.I.
Markdown A.I. is a local-first Markdown editor for macOS and iPadOS. The Mac App Store and iPadOS versions may require an active Markdown A.I. Annual subscription for full access. One qualifying subscription is intended to unlock both App Store versions when they are downloaded with the same Apple Account. The separately distributed direct-download macOS edition is not included in, and does not require, the Apple subscription.
Markdown A.I. subscriptions are also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
3. Accounts and Credentials
- Hosted users must register with a valid email address.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys.
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized account activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, bypass security controls, upload malicious content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
- The Service and associated materials are the property of ProductivitySurge.
- Your documents remain your property.
- Templates you create remain your property and may be exported.
6. AI Assistant Disclaimer
AI-generated suggestions may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing rename actions before applying them.
7. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect access.
8. Payment and Refunds
- Free tier requires no payment.
- Pro tier is billed monthly or annually via our current payment provider (LemonSqueezy).
- Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase.
- Eligible DocReclaimer direct-purchase refund requests within 14 days are covered by our 14-day money-back policy, subject to abuse/fraud controls.
- Markdown A.I. Annual is billed through the Apple App Store at the localized price shown before confirmation. Any introductory trial is available only when Apple determines the Apple Account is eligible.
- Markdown A.I. Annual renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges the Apple Account and manages cancellation, renewal, refunds, billing retry, and subscription restoration.
- You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProductivitySurge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ProductivitySurge harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and relevant state law where ProductivitySurge is organized.
14. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
